LeapUp Edutech Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to streamline operational processes and enhance the experience for our students and faculty.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing student communications, maintaining operational data, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

1. Call-Based Support
Assist students and prospects with queries and issues over the phone.
Provide accurate information about courses, batches, and admissions.
Follow up with students regarding progress and unresolved matters.
2. Email-Based Support
Respond to student and prospect inquiries via email in a timely manner.
Share course details, confirmations, and brochures.
Follow up on pending actions and maintain communication records.
3. WhatsApp-Based Support
Send updates regarding schedules, sessions, and important announcements.
Respond to student queries through personal messages and groups.
Send reminders and manage group communications effectively.
4. Payment Reminder & Follow-Up
Send reminders for upcoming or overdue payments.
Follow up with students regarding missed or pending payments.
Maintain records and track payment status.
5. Student Communication & Engagement
Share regular updates, notifications, and announcements.
Use multiple communication platforms such as calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Engage with students and collect feedback to improve processes.
6. Batch & Admission Process Facilitation
Coordinate batch creation, scheduling, and student transitions.
Assist with admission documentation and onboarding processes.
Maintain student records and update admission status.
7. Office Administration Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication.
Handle basic accounting tasks such as tracking expenses, invoices, and receipts.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
Maintain SOPs and ensure proper documentation of processes.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply; any internship or project experience in operations or coordination will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
