CFA Institute Prep Provider
Our coaching is built to the standards set by the CFA Institute’s Prep Provider programme, so what you study maps directly to what you're examined on.
Classroom CFA Level 1 coaching at our Koramangala centre from a CFA Institute Prep Provider — 200+ hours of classroom teaching, a personal mentor, 3,000+ CFA exam-format questions and 8 full-length mock exams, taught by charterholders and practising analysts. Backed by a 100% money-back assurance.

Most candidates don't fail Level 1 for lack of material. They fail for lack of structure, practice and someone to ask. We built the programme around those three gaps.
Our coaching is built to the standards set by the CFA Institute’s Prep Provider programme, so what you study maps directly to what you're examined on.
You receive the full annual lecture schedule across all 10 subjects the moment you enrol — so you can plan college, work and revision around it.
One named mentor stays with you through the programme for scheduling, doubts and course correction when a subject isn’t landing.
80–160 questions per subject, topic-wise tests, mixed-subject mini mocks and 8 full-length mocks with performance analysis.
Missed a session or want a second pass before a mock? Full recordings available on the LMS for the length of your course.
Faculty who are expert in equity research, portfolio management and audit teach with live cases, so concepts stick past the exam hall.
Resume review, mock interviews and career direction support to convert the qualification into an actual finance role.
Attend, practise and sit the exam as prescribed. If you don’t clear, you’re eligible for a full refund. Terms shared upfront, in writing.
Weekday and weekend batches, 10–15 hours a week. No career break, no gap year.
Conceptual clarity first, then exam-format drilling, then application — so you can answer the question in front of you and explain it in an interview.
The highest-weighted subject on Level 1, and the one most candidates under-prepare.
Reading, adjusting and comparing statements the way an analyst does.
Time value of money, probability and statistics — no calculus, calculator permitted.
Micro, macro and the frameworks behind rate, currency and cycle calls.
Capital structure, governance and how firms fund themselves.
Market mechanics, indices and the foundations of valuation.
Pricing, yield measures, duration and credit risk fundamentals.
Forwards, futures, options and swaps — how each instrument is priced and used to hedge.
Real assets, private equity, hedge funds and commodities, and how they behave differently to listed markets.
Risk, return, asset allocation and the planning process end to end.
This is the sequence every LeapUp candidate follows. Nothing is left to “study when you can”.
You get an indicative timetable covering all 10 subjects well in advance, so the whole year is visible before you start.
Face-to-face sessions at our Bengaluru centre with your faculty mentors — questions asked and answered as you go.
Every classroom session is recorded and uploaded to the LMS, so you can revisit any explanation after class or catch up if you miss one.
80–160 questions per subject, written in CFA exam format rather than textbook format.
A test at the close of each subject, so gaps surface early instead of during the mocks.
Mini mocks that cut across subjects, plus dedicated sessions to clear everything before mock season begins.
8 full-length mocks in the final 30 days, with analysis of where marks are actually being lost.
A dedicated guidance session on exam-day strategy, timing and scoring, with your mentor on call.
Walk in prepared. Clear the exam — or become eligible for the 100% money-back assurance.

The practical trainings that they provide is the highlight of the entire course. It bridges the gap between theory and application. Its a go to place for any finance enthusiast and LeapUp is the ultimate course any CFA student can take up.

“Knowledge without applicability is not of much use and if one wants to make sure that they are able to bridge the gap between the two, LeapUp is the way to go. The separate lectures dedicated only for practical learning of the concepts taught in theory is the cherry on the cake. LeapUp is definitely value for every penny spent.
Yash Lalwani TresvistaFinancial Services
“As much as finance fascinates me, it can also be intimidatingly tricky at times. But at LeapUp, with every concept broken down into simple logical learnings, the faculty forever approachable and ready to guide and emphasis on the practicalities of everything, understanding and applying finance has never been more fun.

The regular practice tests and accustomed mock exams by them helped me a lot on the day of the exam..

“I wanted to invest in myself like everyone but as rightly claimed, LongTerm investing is troublesome ; you need a well-built start , unbreakable base and everlasting support and I was among those few fortunate people to get all of this under one roof at LeapUp’s program.
Muskan Aswani PrivateEquity Analyst, Tresvista Financial S.

There is so much practical approach to it that it’s impossible for anyone to not understand and I recommend it to everyone.
Krisha Shrimankar FinancialAnalyst at KAPSO
“Before joining the LeapUp program, I had zero knowledge regarding the application of various concepts. This is a much better course than the usual theoretical lectures because it’s practical oriented and we get to work on actual financial data. The faculty is approachable. makes learning a fun filled activity and personal attention is given to each student.
Hinal Shah AssociateInvestment Analyst, Perpetunity
“I would to thank LeapUp for introducing this unique course. As CFA is a very well-developed course, it will help us develop our finance competence. But to actually step into the corporate world, we need to apply this theory in practice and which this course is helping me to do. It looks easy when sums are solved from textbooks, but when you open the balance sheet of a company, you get to know the variation.
Mudra Desai InvestmentResearch Analyst, Avalon Global
“Diploma in Applied Finance is truly one of its kind. The practical lectures are something I look forward to as it not only teaches me how to actually apply what was taught in class but also is a lot of fun. The faculty in theory lectures is top-notch and frankly the most helpful teachers I have ever had. If you need a level up in CV, a crystal clear understanding of all the concepts of CFA combined with lots of practice in terms of mock tests.

The CFA Charter is the professional designation awarded by the CFA Institute (USA), the global body that sets standards in investment management and financial analysis. A charterholder has done three things: passed all three exam levels, accumulated the required relevant work experience, and committed to the Institute’s code of ethics.
Pass Levels I, II and III. Complete 4,000 hours (roughly 3–4 years) of relevant investment or finance work experience. Become a member of the CFA Institute and abide by its ethical standards.
The Charter carries weight in portfolio management, equity research, investment banking and asset management.
Starting in the first year of graduation is the smartest route. You build the finance foundation early, complete Level I during college, and graduate with CFA progress already on your profile rather than just a degree — which matters when applying for investment banking, equity research and analyst roles.
