Role Overview:
Leapup Edutech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive course enrollments by promoting LeapUp’s programs to prospective students. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound leads, understand student requirements, provide tailored course guidance, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Course Promotion and Sales:
- Actively promote and sell LeapUp’s courses to prospective
Inside Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and assess the needs of prospective
- Conduct phone calls and zoom to discuss course offerings and answer
- Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their educational goals and
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales
- Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the enrolment
Market Research and Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in the Edutech
- Gather feedback from students and prospects to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience in handling student counseling or educational sales is an advantage
