About the role.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate CFA Faculty / Trainer to deliver high-quality instruction and academic support to students preparing for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examinations.
The role spans teaching, mentoring, content development and contributing to the growth of our CFA programme.
What you’ll do.
Teaching
- Deliver engaging sessions, conduct workshops and facilitate discussions that reinforce CFA concepts and build critical thinking.
Student support
- Help students understand CFA concepts, answer coursework questions and offer study guidance.
Course material preparation
- Organise and update course materials, including lecture slides and assignments, for accessibility and accuracy.
Grading & feedback
- Support grading of assignments, quizzes and exams, with constructive feedback for improvement.
Research & professional development
- Stay updated on the CFA curriculum and financial topics.
- Keep learning about effective teaching practices and developments in finance.
Business growth & content
- Grow the CFA business through strategic collaboration and localised marketing.
- Create CFA-driven content for social media.
What we’re looking for.
- CFA Level II cleared (mandatory).
- Compliance with the ethical standards prescribed by CFA Institute.
- FRM, CA, MBA or CAIA certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong subject-matter expertise in finance and investment concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Teaching or training experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving and content-development ability.
- A student-focused approach and high professional integrity.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
