Your CFA Level 2 Coaching comes with a 100% Moneyback Assurance. Here is a detailed explanation for the same.

What does this guarantee mean?

The LeapUp 100% Moneyback Assurance means that we will refund your full coaching fees (excluding GST or any other taxes) in case you do not pass the CFA Level 2 exam even after putting the required efforts. The refund will be processed for all eligible students.

What is the Eligibility Criteria?

1. The student must give the CFA Level 2 Exam as per the details they register with us while admission.
2. The student must have 75%+ attendance in all the live online sessions combined.
3. The student must have attempted all the practice tests and questions as scheduled by us.
4. The student must have attempted all the mock exams as scheduled by us.

When all four criteria are in affirmative, we will conclude that the student has put in all the required efforts to clear the exam, yet did not clear. Hence the student is eligible for the refund of coaching fees.

How to apply for the Refund?

You can apply via email for the refund. Please send the email to support@leapup.in and mark cc to counsellor@leapup.in within a week of your result announcement. Attach your CFA Level 2 exam hall ticket and result to the email. Refund will not be processed without it. We will revert within seven working days.
