LeapUp EduTech is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Sales Counsellor to promote and sell our range of online courses. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them toward suitable course offerings. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Course Promotion and Sales
- Promote and sell LeapUp’s online courses to prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Inside Sales Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective students.
- Conduct counselling sessions via phone calls and Zoom to explain course offerings and address queries.
- Provide customized course recommendations based on students’ career goals and interests.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and record sales activities.
- Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout the enrollment process.
- Ensure a positive student experience during the admission journey.
Market Research and Insights
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings in the EduTech space.
- Collect feedback from students and prospects to support product improvement and marketing initiatives.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
