Job Description
Role Overview:
The Business Development role focuses on driving organizational growth by identifying new
business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. This
role acts as a bridge between the company’s strategic objectives and on-ground execution,
contributing directly to revenue generation and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential colleges and
corporate partners. Understand partner requirements and align them with the company’s
course offerings.
Partnership Development: Visit colleges and corporate organizations to present courses,
establish partnerships, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Sales & Promotion: Promote courses through meetings, presentations, and events, clearly
communicating unique value propositions and benefits.
Negotiation & Agreements: Negotiate partnership terms and collaborate with legal and
management teams to draft, review, and finalize agreements.
Onboarding & Training: Support the onboarding of new partners by providing training and guidance on course structure, standards, and expectations.
Project Management: Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of course materials and partner support.
Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from partners and participants to identify
improvement areas and enhance partnership outcomes.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on
progress, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Travel: Travel frequently to partner locations and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA preferred but optional).
