Inside Sales Counsellor

About the role.
Leapup Edutech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Inside Sales Counsellor to drive course enrolments by promoting LeapUp’s programmes to prospective students.
You’ll manage inbound and outbound leads, understand student requirements, provide tailored course guidance and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.
What you’ll do.
Course promotion & sales
- Actively promote and sell LeapUp’s courses to prospective students.
Inside sales
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and assess the needs of prospective students.
- Hold phone and Zoom calls to discuss course offerings and answer questions.
- Develop tailored solutions for students based on their educational goals and needs.
- Use CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline and report on sales performance.
- Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert enquiries into enrolments.
Customer relationship management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational institutions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the enrolment process.
Market research & insights
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in the EdTech space.
- Gather feedback from students and prospects to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Sales reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
What we’re looking for.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Experience in student counselling or educational sales is an advantage.
