Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation & Workflow Engineer who is experienced in leveraging AI tools, building n8n workflows, and developing custom automation using code. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business processes, optimize them using automation, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Tools & Automation

  • Work with various AI tools (OpenAI, GPT models, Claude, LLM APIs, vector databases etc.)
  • Build AI-powered automations such as chatbots, content generators, document analyzers, and custom AI assistants.
  • Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and optimize AI models for accuracy and performance.
  • Integrate AI tools into web apps, CRMs, and internal systems.

8n Workflows

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced n8n automation workflows.
  • Connect APIs, webhooks, CRMs, email systems, spreadsheets, databases, and SaaS tools using n8n nodes.
  • Troubleshoot workflow failures, optimize executions, and ensure automation reliability.
  • Document workflows and maintain clear logic for scalability.

Coding & Development

  • Develop custom scripts, microservices, and integrations (Node.js, JavaScript/Python preferred).
  • Build custom API endpoints and connectors when native integrations are unavailable.
  • Debug technical issues and maintain code quality with proper version control (Git).
  • Work on small web tools, internal dashboards, or automation-specific UI components.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LangChain, etc.)
  • Expertise in n8n: nodes, triggers, workflows, error handling, API integration.
  • Hands-on coding experience in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth, API authentication.
  • Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Firebase).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (Vercel / AWS / DigitalOcean) is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with an automation-first approach.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical workflows.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building AI chat widgets, WhatsApp bots, email automation, CRM automations.
  • Prior work with Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation tools (bonus).
  • Experience building custom integrations for n8n using JS or Node.js.
  • Understanding of vector embeddings, RAG pipelines, or LLM application development.
