The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels including job portals, social media, linked in and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting
reference checks, and extending job offers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR
management.
Employee Relations and Culture Building:
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the company’s
values and culture.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Compliance and Legal Matters:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update company policies and
procedures accordingly.
• Bachelor’s degree BBA/ BMS, or a related field.
• Proven experience for 4 years to 6 years as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
