Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Financial Planner and Trainer to join our team. As a Financial Planner and Trainer, you will play a key role in educating and guiding students through our comprehensive course on personal financial planning. The course covers various aspects of financial planning, including SMART Goal Setting, Managing Investments, Insurance, Loans, and Taxes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead trainer in delivering the course content on personal financial planning.
  • Conduct live online doubt-solving sessions to address students’ questions and concerns.
  • Aid students in completing financial planning assignments and utilizing relevant tools effectively.
  • Manage general course operations, including scheduling sessions, maintaining course materials, and ensuring a smooth learning experience for students.
  • Guide students in creating comprehensive financial plans aligned with their goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
  • Assist students in selecting appropriate financial products, such as investments, insurance policies, loans, and tax strategies, based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Facilitate the process of converting students into clients for suitable financial products by providing personalized recommendations and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning to enhance the quality of instruction and advice provided to students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration plus CFP.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, investment management, insurance, taxation, or related areas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, understand their needs, and provide personalized guidance.
  • Proficiency in using financial planning software and tools to analyze data, develop financial projections, and create comprehensive financial plans.
  • Prior experience in teaching, training, or facilitating educational programs is desirable.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and acting in the best interests of clients/students at all times.
