Job Description

Role Overview:

If you are someone who loves solving problems, fighting fires, sorting schedules, coordinating with teams and taking responsibility, then this role is perfect for you.
Obviously you have to be a master at MS Excel if you are considering joining us. A major plus point would be if you have managed and organised college festivals & events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process automation of manual tasks using MS Excel
  2. Schedule Coordination with faculties and students.
  3. Create payment and refund reports.
  4. Update content on our LMS as per the required schedule.
  5. Crunch past admission data and give strategy inputs for growth.
  6. Create regular attendance reports and work on methods to improve it.
  7. Do ‘What-If’ analysis on a regular basis to improve efficiency of all processes.

You will have to work on Google Sheets and Zoom Webinars. Knowledge of PowerBI will be preferred.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in operations, communications or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools. Knowledge of PowerBI.

Key Skills: Schedule Planning, Communication Skills, MS Office,
Google Sheets, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

The annual salary for the candidate will be in the range from 3LPA – 5LPA depending on previous experience & skills.
