Call-Based Support
• Assist with queries and issues over the phone.
• Provide information about courses and admissions.
• Follow Up on progress and unresolved matters.
Email-Based Support
• Respond to inquiries and provide information.
• Resolve issues and send confirmations and brochures.
• Follow Up on pending actions and reminders.
WhatsApp-Based Support
• Send Updates about schedules and important info.
• Respond to queries and provide notifications.
• Send Reminders and manage group communications.
Payment Reminder and Follow-Up
• Send Reminders for upcoming or overdue payments.
• Follow Up with students on missed payments.
• Maintain Records of payment status and actions taken.
Regular Updates and Notifications
• Communicate timely updates and changes.
• Use Multiple Platforms for follow-up like whatsapp, email, and calls.
• Engage with students and collect feedback.
Facilitation in Batch and Admission Processes
• Coordinate Batches and manage transitions.
• Assist with the admission process and documentation.
• Maintain Records and keep students informed about their status.
• You will have to work on Google Sheets and Zoom Webinars. Knowledge of PowerBI will be preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in operations, communications or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools. Knowledge of PowerBI.
