Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Performance Marketing Associate to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital advertising, analytics, automation, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing website traffic, and maximizing conversions across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth campaign performance analysis using quantitative and qualitative insights; continuously refine strategies based on data.
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager, leveraging data for continuous campaign improvements.
  • Identify marketing performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Set up and manage APIs for marketing process automation.
  • Monitor website analytics and generate performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Develop reporting and visualization dashboards to communicate key metrics (demand funnel, ROI, campaign impact, KPIs, etc.) to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop, test, and implement innovative campaign strategies and engaging content.
  • Drive measurable improvements in ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) across all digital channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing associates/executives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration across teams (content, design, sales) to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Build team capabilities through training, knowledge sharing, and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3 year to 5 years) in digital marketing and team management/leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Experience with API integrations and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience in creating dashboards and performance reports.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
