LeapUp EduTech is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to focus on selling our range of online courses. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, promoting our educational offerings, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education, exceptional communication skills, and a proven sales background.
Course Promotion and Sales:
▪ Actively promote and sell LeapUp’s courses to prospective students.
Inside Sales Responsibilities:
▪ Manage inbound and outbound calls and assess the needs of prospective students.
▪ Conduct phone calls and zoom to discuss course offerings and answer questions.
▪ Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their educational goals and interests.
▪ Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales
activity.
▪ Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Customer Relationship Management:
▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with students and educational institutions.
▪ Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the enrollment process.
Market Research and Insights:
▪ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings in the EduTech space.
▪ Gather feedback from students and prospects to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Sales Reporting:
▪ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
▪ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
▪Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
▪ 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or EduTech sector.
▪ Strong understanding of online education and course offerings.
▪ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
▪ Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
▪ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
